Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the phdaily platform. By accessing or using phdaily, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: phdaily is strictly a 21+ platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations. If you are under 21, you must not use phdaily under any circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdaily ("phdaily," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phdaily online gaming platform available at phdaily.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference herein — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotional rules.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your phdaily account by contacting support.
These Terms were last revised on 5 June 2026. Continued use of phdaily after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To open and maintain a phdaily account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phdaily reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable law.
phdaily employs automated and manual age verification systems. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds returned to the funding source, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required by the operator's licensing conditions.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phdaily account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings, across all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. phdaily is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phdaily is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdaily login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. phdaily recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and will not be liable for unauthorized access arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
phdaily accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated by phdaily at any time with reasonable notice. Current minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to process within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days. phdaily reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending additional verification where fraud prevention or regulatory compliance requires it.
phdaily is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML/CFT requirements. Withdrawals must be returned to the same funding method used for deposits wherever technically possible. phdaily may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law without prior notice to the account holder.
All bets placed on phdaily are subject to the specific rules of the individual game, market, or event, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or event.
Bets are not accepted until confirmed by phdaily's system and a confirmation is displayed to the Player. phdaily reserves the right to void any bet placed due to manifest technical error, obvious pricing error, or system malfunction.
Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's account balance. phdaily's decision on void bets is final and binding, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
Game results are determined by phdaily's certified RNG systems (for RNG games) or by the outcome of the relevant live event (for sports and live casino). In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the Player must contact phdaily within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes not raised within this period will not be considered.
phdaily may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdaily and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement:
All content on the phdaily Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the property of phdaily or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phdaily.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdaily's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to phdaily in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdaily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, even if phdaily has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phdaily is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications or internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processing interruptions.
phdaily reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate account closure (i.e., not arising from breach, fraud, or regulatory action), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original funding method within a reasonable period, net of any applicable charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phdaily that cannot be resolved through phdaily's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Philippines, subject to any mandatory arbitration or dispute resolution process prescribed by PAGCOR's licensing conditions.
Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved through phdaily's internal process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR directly through the official PAGCOR Player Complaint mechanism.
phdaily reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their account no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.
Your continued use of phdaily following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
