phdaily ("we," "us," or "our") operates phdaily.net, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. 5.Legal Basis for Processing

6.Sharing Your Personal Data

phdaily does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

phdaily engages third-party service providers acting as data processors on our behalf for: KYC and identity verification, payment processing (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard), game software provision, cloud hosting and IT infrastructure, and customer support tooling. phdaily shares personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive — including filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports under RA 9160.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of phdaily's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent privacy protections and prior notification to you where required by the DPA.

7.Data Retention

phdaily retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by applicable law and PAGCOR conditions:

• Account and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR's AML/KYC retention requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, consistent with AML and tax reporting obligations.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Anonymised data aggregates may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes without restriction.

11.Minors (Under 21)

phdaily is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to real-money gaming on phdaily is limited to persons aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. phdaily does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21.

If phdaily becomes aware that an account has been registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the funding source, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required. 12.Cross-Border Data Transfers

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on their phdaily account at least seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at phdaily.net/privacy-policy. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of phdaily after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
